By accessing or using the website, online ticketing services, and other services of Ranjana Cineplex Pvt. Ltd., customers agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

These terms may be updated periodically. Customers are responsible for reviewing the latest version before using our services.

General Terms

1. Accuracy of Information

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete information when booking tickets, registering for an account, or using our services.
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and booking information.

2. Ticketing Policy

  • Tickets once purchased cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded, except where otherwise determined by Ranjana Cineplex or required by applicable law.
  • Ticket reservations may automatically deactivate 30 minutes prior to showtime if the reservation has not been collected or confirmed, where applicable.
  • Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket for the respective screening.
  • Customers may be required to present their ticket, booking confirmation, QR code, or identification at the cinema.

3. Age & Admission Restrictions

  • Admission to movies rated A (Adult) or subject to other age restrictions is governed by the applicable censor certificate and prevailing regulations.
  • A valid government-issued identification document may be required for age verification.
  • Children above 3 feet in height require a separate ticket.
  • Ranjana Cineplex reserves the right to deny admission where applicable age or identification requirements are not met.

4. 3D Glasses Policy

  • 3D glasses will be provided for applicable 3D screenings.
  • Customers must return the glasses after the screening.
  • Customers may be charged for lost or damaged 3D glasses according to Ranjana Cineplex policy.

5. Food & Beverages

Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside the cinema premises.

6. Customer Conduct

  • Customers are expected to maintain appropriate behavior and respect other guests and cinema staff.
  • Customers under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances may be denied entry or asked to leave the premises.
  • Unauthorized recording, filming, photography, or audio recording during screenings is strictly prohibited.
  • Disruptive, abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the premises without refund.

7. Personal Belongings & Liability

  • Ranjana Cineplex is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
  • Customers are responsible for their own valuables and personal property.
  • Ranjana Cineplex shall not be liable for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, power failures, technical problems, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

Online Booking & Transactions

1. Third-Party Payment Services

Online transactions may be processed through third-party payment gateways or financial service providers. Such transactions are subject to the respective provider's terms and conditions.

Ranjana Cineplex is not responsible for delays, errors, interruptions, or technical issues caused by third-party payment systems.

2. Transaction Failures & Refunds

In case of a failed or incomplete transaction, customers should contact Ranjana Cineplex with the relevant transaction details.

Where a refund is applicable, processing may take up to 48 hours after confirmation, depending on the payment provider and banking process.

3. Online Ticket Delivery

  • Online tickets may be delivered electronically through the registered email address, mobile number, or booking platform.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information.
  • Ranjana Cineplex is not responsible for duplicate entries or unauthorized use resulting from customers sharing their tickets, QR codes, booking information, or account credentials.

4. Suspicious or Fraudulent Activities

Ranjana Cineplex reserves the right to suspend accounts, cancel bookings, invalidate tickets, or deny entry if fraudulent, suspicious, abusive, or unauthorized activities are detected.

Showtimes & Screenings

  • Showtimes, movie schedules, screening formats, and auditorium assignments may change due to operational, technical, distributor, or other circumstances.
  • Ranjana Cineplex will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant changes where possible.
  • Ranjana Cineplex reserves the right to change the auditorium or screening format when required for operational or technical reasons.

Final Authority

Decisions made by Ranjana Cineplex management regarding admissions, ticketing, seating, screenings, refunds, customer conduct, and other operational matters shall be final and binding, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
