Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Ranjana Cineplex Membership is free of charge.
2. Every new member receives 50 complimentary reward points upon successful enrollment.
3. Members earn 10% reward points on eligible ticket purchases made through the Ranjana Cineplex website and mobile application.
4. Reward points are credited to the member's registered account according to the applicable eligible transaction.
5. 1 Reward Point = NPR 1 for eligible ticket redemption.
6. There is no fixed minimum point requirement. The points required for redemption depend on the applicable ticket price.
7. Reward points may be redeemed only when the member has sufficient points to cover the applicable eligible ticket price.
8. Membership rewards are available on eligible shows on all days except new movie release days.
9. Certain movies, shows, dates, promotional tickets or special events may not qualify for reward earning or redemption.
10. Reward points cannot be exchanged for cash.
11. Reward points cannot be transferred, sold or assigned to another member.
12. Points associated with cancelled, refunded, reversed, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions may be cancelled or adjusted.
13. Membership benefits cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically permitted by Ranjana Cineplex.
14. Ranjana Cineplex reserves the right to correct or adjust reward points credited incorrectly due to technical or system errors.
15. Ranjana Cineplex reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the membership program or any of its benefits.
16. Membership accounts may be suspended or terminated in cases of misuse, fraudulent activity or violation of these terms.
17. Ranjana Cineplex management's decision regarding membership eligibility, reward points, redemption and applicable restrictions shall be final and binding.
