It is an official Hindi remake of Priyadarshan's own 2016 Malayalam hit thriller Oppam. The story follows a deadly cat-and-mouse chase where a vengeful character played by Akshay Kumar goes on a dark path, and Saif Ali Khan's blind martial artist character has to protect a young girl.
